It’s time to start planning your trip to Gisborne for the BPW New Zealand National Conference 2027, happening Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 May 2027.

Under this year’s theme, Together We Rise, we’re bringing women from across New Zealand and the world together for a weekend of inspiration, connection, celebration and a little bit of Gisborne magic.

Saturday is open to the public and will feature 14 inspiring speakers, panel discussions, networking opportunities and local businesses and artisan stalls, with topics ranging from AI and marketing to confidence, leadership, career development, business growth and wellbeing.

Then, as the sun sets, we’ll continue the celebrations at the BPW New Zealand Awards Dinner, featuring Nadia Lim ONZM.

Sunday brings our BPW New Zealand Annual General Meeting, giving members the opportunity to reflect, connect and help shape the future of BPW NZ.

But this weekend is about more than what happens inside the theatre.

Come early, stay a little longer and experience Tairāwhiti for yourself. Explore our coastline, wineries, local businesses and food, soak up the culture and hospitality of the region, and experience being in New Zealand’s first city to see the sun.
